1. ChatGPT uygulamasını açın.
2. Plugins sekmesini açın.
3. Gmail eklentisinin yüklü olduğundan ve e-posta erişiminin etkinleştirildiğinden emin olun.

TicketingHub’da API belirteci oluşturun

1. Ayarlar → Özellikler bölümüne gidin ve API erişimi seçeneğinin açık olduğundan emin olun.
2. Ayarlar → API belirteçleri → API belirteci oluştur bölümüne gidin.
3. Formu doldurun:
   • Ad: Abandoned cart retargeting
   • API: Supplier API (V2)
   • Salt okunur: seçili
   • Son kullanma tarihi: boş
4. Belirteç oluştur seçeneğini belirleyin.
5. Belirteci kopyalayın. Belirteç yalnızca bir kez gösterilir.

ChatGPT’de zamanlanmış görevi oluşturun

1. ChatGPT’ye geri dönün.

2. Scheduled → New Task bölümüne gidin.

3. Aşağıdaki talimatları yapıştırın. YOUR_API_TOKEN ifadesini kopyaladığınız belirteçle değiştirin ve YOUR_BUSINESS_NAME dâhil olmak üzere müşteriye gönderilecek mesajı düzenleyin.

   Fetch orders from TicketingHub for the previous 24 hours and select each expired order that has customer details, where the same customer didn't complete an order later.

   Use the following API key: YOUR_API_TOKEN
   
   For each unique customer that has such an expired order, send them an email with the following template.

   For now, keep this in test mode: do not send the emails, just tell the user what you would have sent, until the user tells you to enable email sending.
