TicketingHub APIs

TicketingHub APIs let your developer connect your own software to your TicketingHub account.

Supplier API (V2)

Manage products, ticket types, and schedules, and read orders and sales data for reporting.

  • Account: View your supplier details.
  • Products: List all products, view a product, or create and update products.
  • Ticket types: List, create, and update ticket types, such as Adult and Child.
  • Ticket categories: List your product’s ticket categories.
  • Seasons: View and create seasonal date ranges.
  • Time slots: View, add, and update recurring time slots.
  • Prices: View and set prices for individual time slots (beta).
  • Orders: List orders and view individual order details.
  • Transactions: Read sales transactions for reporting.
  • Payments and refunds: View individual payment and refund details.

OCTO API

Connect resellers and booking platforms that use the OCTO standard. TicketingHub supports all OCTO core features:

  • View supplier details.
  • List products and view their booking options and ticket types.
  • View availability by day and check individual time slots.
  • Reserve bookings, extend pending reservations, and confirm bookings.
  • List bookings and view individual booking details.
  • Update or cancel bookings.

Optional OCTO capabilities are not currently supported. See the OCTO API docs for details.
