Early-bird, seasonal and group pricing

TicketingHub does not have an Early Bird preset. You can create an advance-purchase offer with ticket availability settings, while seasonal and group pricing cover different needs.

Offer an early-bird ticket

Create a separate ticket for the offer:

Open the product and go to Tickets.
Add a ticket, or edit an existing ticket created for the offer.
Open Advanced settings.
Set Notice to control how long before the event that ticket becomes unavailable.
Set its price and save.

This closes only that ticket type at the chosen time. It does not close the whole event. The product-wide cut-offs under Product → Settings → Ticket availability cut-off provide the default timing for tickets without their own notice. See ticket cut-off times.

Set prices for particular seasons

Use seasonal pricing when prices depend on the event date, day or time:

Go to Product → Tickets → Seasonal pricing.
Choose the ticket and availability season.
Select the relevant times by clicking them in the grid, or use the pencil icons to select a whole row or weekday.
Enter the new price and click Save Pricing.

Seasonal pricing follows your availability seasons; it is not an automatic early-bird discount based on when the customer buys. Learn how to create availability using seasons.

Set group booking rates

Use a group booking rate when a price should apply after a booking reaches a minimum number of tickets:

Go to Product → Rates and create the rate you want to use.
In Group booking rates, select New group rate.
Enter the ticket quantity that activates the rate.
Select the rate and save.

Group rates are based on booking size, not how early a customer books. For more about rates, see how to set rates.
