How to Reprint Tickets in TicketingHub POS

Printer jammed, paper ran out, or a guest lost their tickets at the gate? Reprinting lets you print another copy of a booking’s tickets from the Manifest, without taking a new booking.

Reprinting is turned off until an administrator enables it. Until then, tickets can only be printed at the end of a sale.

Enable Reprinting

An administrator or manager must switch the feature on in the TicketingHub dashboard:

  1. Go to Settings → POS Settings.
  2. Under Allow users to reprint tickets, select Enabled.
  3. Select Update.

Once enabled, the reprint option appears in TicketingHub POS for everyone using that account.

Important: Devices already signed in to POS won’t pick the change up straight away. On each device, sign out and sign back in, and the reprint option will appear.

Reprint a Booking

  1. Open the Manifest tab and choose the date.
  2. Select the booking you need.
  3. Press the printer button, then Print Tickets.

The printer connected to the device prints the tickets for that booking only. If the guest booked two tours in one order, reprint each booking separately. The receipt is not printed again.

Good to Know

  • Reprinting does not change the booking, the tickets or their scan history. A reprinted ticket is the same ticket, so a QR code that has already been scanned is still recorded as scanned.
