How to connect to OTAs

Steps to connect your TicketingHub inventory with OTAs such as Viator and TripXOXO.

First step – add rates

First, add the wholesale rate to your products.

Add a reseller rate

Second step – add resellers

Go to the Supplier Dashboard and add a new reseller.

Create the reseller

Once the reseller has been created, assign the rates to their account.

Last step – create a channel

Go to Channels.

Go to Channels

Create a new channel and give it the name of the OTA you want to connect to. Add all the products they are allowed to sell through the channel.

Then click on Credentials, save the channel and click:

Select reseller

Now send the access token to the OTA.
