How to Export TicketingHub Data and Connect Other Tools

TicketingHub offers several ways to share your data. The right option depends on whether you need a one-off spreadsheet, automatic updates, or a custom integration.

Export Data to Excel or Google Sheets

Financial and Sales Data

  1. Go to Reports → Transaction Reports.
  2. Select the date range you need.
  3. Download the report that matches your task.
  4. Open the CSV in Excel, or import it into Google Sheets using File → Import → Upload.

Use the Booking Transaction Sales report for sales by ticket type. Use Payment and Refund Transaction Detail to reconcile money received and returned. See Transaction Reports for all available reports and their date rules.

All dates and times in Transaction Report exports use UTC. Check the time zone before comparing them with local daily totals.

Bookings, Customers, Payments, and Manifests

  • Bookings: Go to Orders, apply any filters you need, then select Actions → Download.
  • Customers: Go to Customers and select Download.
  • Payments: Open the Payments tab under Orders and select Download.
  • Attendee lists: Open a product manifest, then select Download → Spreadsheet. Choose whether to export one event or the whole day.

Some options depend on the features and permissions enabled for your account.

Keep Google Sheets Updated Automatically

TicketingHub does not have a built-in live Google Sheets connection. You have two options:

  1. Use TicketingHub with Zapier and choose Google Sheets as the action app.
  2. Use webhooks to send booking, order, payment, or refund events to your own system.

Webhooks send new events as they happen; they do not export your historical data. Download a CSV first if you also need earlier bookings.

Connect Reporting Software or a Custom Platform

Use the Supplier API when another secure system needs to read products, prices, transactions, or other account data on a schedule.

  1. Follow How to Create and Use an API Token.
  2. Choose Supplier API (V2).
  3. Select Read-only when the integration only needs to view data.
  4. Give the token to the person or company building the integration through a secure channel.
  5. Share the TicketingHub API reference with the developer.

Create a separate token for each connected system. Never place an API token in a public spreadsheet, website code, email, or chat message.

Connect a Partner That Needs Products and Availability

Ask the partner which TicketingHub connection they support:

  • Use the existing reseller or OTA setup for supported platforms such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Airbnb, or Rezdy.
  • Use Supplier API (V2) when a custom platform needs account and product data.
  • Use Widget API when a custom server-side booking experience needs live availability and booking functions.

Widget API tokens must remain on a secure server and must not be added to browser code. For a new OTA connection, start with How to connect to OTAs.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see API Tokens in Settings.
Go to Settings → Features and enable Api access. You must have administrator access to manage tokens.

I cannot see Customers or Payments downloads.
Your account may not have that area enabled, or your user role may not have access. Ask an account administrator to check your permissions.

My Google Sheet is not updating.
A downloaded CSV is a snapshot and does not update automatically. Check the Zapier task or webhook receiving system if you set up an automated connection.
