Shift Manager

This feature enables you to manage staff who create bookings through the POS system or backend platform.

Accessing Shift Manager

Navigate to the Shift Manager section to view all staff members who have created bookings through TicketingHub’s backend or point-of-sale interface.

Approving a shift

To approve an employee’s shift:

1. Review the reporting data and summary reports generated by the staff member
2. Verify that the printed reports match the actual transaction data
3. Approve the shift once verification is complete
