Steps to Change Your Password

1. Log in to Your Account

Go to the TicketingHub login page and enter your credentials.

2. Access Account Settings

In the top-right corner of the screen, click your initials to open the account menu.

3. Navigate to My Account

Select the My Account option from the account menu to access your account details page.

4. Edit User Details

Find the User Info section on the My Account page and select the Edit button next to it.

5. Update Your Password

Enter your new password twice, then enter your current password in the Current password field. The system requires a strong, secure password. Save your changes when you’re finished.

You also need your current password to change your email address. If you’ve forgotten it, log out and use Forgotten your password? on the login page instead.

6. Log in Again

Changing your password or email address signs you out of every session where you’re logged in to the dashboard, including the browser you’re using. Log in again with your new details.
