Convert a Booked Ticket to a Voucher

To convert a dated ticket booking into an open-dated voucher from the dashboard:

  1. Open the order from Orders.
  2. Under Bookings, click the booking’s date and time.
  3. Select Voucher Booking, then select Update Booking.
  4. On the order page, select Confirm Order to reconfirm the order.
