How to Add Reseller Voucher Codes

Use Reseller Vouchers for codes supplied by a reseller, such as codes that customers present when booking with you. Ask the reseller for the codes before you make them available for redemption.

Add the Voucher Codes

1. Go to Discounts → Reseller Vouchers.
2. Select New Reseller Voucher.
3. Choose the voucher type and enter a clear name.
4. Select the reseller.
5. For a voucher linked to a booking, select the product and complete the rate, ticket type, and any other fields shown.
6. Set Tickets per Code.
7. Paste the codes into Add New Codes, with one code on each line.
8. Select Create Reseller Voucher.

Set Tickets per Code Correctly

Tickets per Code is not the number of codes you are adding. It is the number of tickets one code can redeem.

• Set it to 1 when each code is valid for one ticket.
• Set it to 2 for a two-person or two-for-one code.
• Use another number only when the reseller’s voucher terms allow that many tickets per code.

To add more codes later, open the reseller voucher and paste the additional codes into Add New Codes.
