How to Request Payments via a Payment Request Link
Hey there! Let’s face it, nobody likes to rattle off their credit card details over the phone anymore. It’s all about keeping things slick and secure. That’s where TicketingHub’s nifty Payment Request Link feature comes in.
Perfect for tour and activity operators looking to make life easier, this guide will show you how to zip through the payment process without breaking a sweat or a trust. Ideal for those “Nope, I’m not giving you my card details over the phone” moments, our tool lets you send a secure payment link via email, empowering your customers to pay at their own pace, safely and smoothly.
Important: A manually created booking stays Pending until it has a payment, is marked as a Provisional Order, or has a Payment Request link. Adding a payment request moves the order to Payment Requested while the customer pays. Tickets are sent after payment. If you need to confirm the booking before any payment is taken, mark the order as provisional instead — see How to Use Provisional Invoices for Bookings.
