How to Connect TicketingHub to Zapier
TicketingHub can send booking and customer activity to Zapier so that you can automate tasks in other apps.
Use the TicketingHub app
The native TicketingHub app may be private or unlisted in Zapier. It does not appear as a card under Settings → Integrations in TicketingHub.
If the TicketingHub app is available to you:
- In Zapier, create a Zap and choose TicketingHub as the trigger app.
- Follow Zapier’s prompt to connect your TicketingHub account.
- Choose the event that should start the Zap.
- Test the trigger with recent data from your TicketingHub account.
- Choose an action app, complete its settings, and test the action.
- Publish the Zap.
Use Webhooks by Zapier
If you cannot find the native app, use Webhooks by Zapier:
- Create a Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app.
- Choose Catch Hook and copy the webhook URL supplied by Zapier.
- Follow How to Set Up Webhooks to add that URL in TicketingHub and select the events you need.
- Perform the selected event in TicketingHub, then test the trigger in Zapier.
- Add and test your action, then publish the Zap.
Keep the Zapier webhook URL private. Anyone with the URL may be able to send data to your Zap.
For a custom connection that reads from or writes to TicketingHub, see How to Create and Use an API Token.
