How to Set Rates for Products and Services

Setting up rates on TicketingHub allows you to manage pricing for tours, events, and services with flexibility. Whether applying discounts or establishing special pricing tiers, this guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating and managing rates.

Steps to Set Rates on TicketingHub

1. Select Your Product

• Log in to your TicketingHub account
• Navigate to the Products section
• Click on the product requiring rate configuration

2. Access the Rates Section

• Within the selected product, locate and click the Rates tab

3. Add a New Rate

• Click New Rate to create a new pricing option
• Enter a descriptive name for the rate (examples: “Weekend Special” or “Early Bird Discount”)

4. Choose a Price Adjustment Option

Select one of three pricing approaches:

• Percentage – Adjusts pricing based on percentage increase or decrease
• Fixed – Adds or subtracts a specific fixed amount
• Manual – Allows entry of a custom price

For Percentage or Fixed options, complete the Adjustment field with the desired numerical value.

5. Save the New Rate

• Click Create Rate to finalize the new pricing entry

6. Edit Existing Rates (Optional)

To modify previously configured rates:

• Click the three dots menu next to the existing rate
• Select Edit
• Update rate details as necessary
• Click Update Rate to confirm changes
