How to Connect to OTAs

Steps to connect your TicketingHub inventories with OTAs like Viator and TripXOXO.

First Step - Add Rates

First, add the wholesale rate to your products.

Add a reseller Rate

Second Step - Add Resellers

Go to the Supplier Dashboard and add a new Reseller.

Create the reseller

Once the reseller is created, assign the rates to their account.

Assign the rate to the reseller

Last Step - Create a Channel

Go to Channels.

Go to Channels

Create a new channel and give it the name of the OTA you’re looking to connect to. Add all the products they are allowed to sell in the channel.

Create a new OTA channel and add Products

Then click on Credentials, save the channel, and click:

Select reseller

Now send the Access Token to the OTA.
