How to Activate the Smartwaiver Integration

Smartwaiver automates waiver collection by allowing customers to sign documents online before arrival. This integration streamlines check-in processes and reduces administrative burden.

Steps to Activate the Smartwaiver Integration

1. Activate the Integration

1. Access Settings in your dashboard
2. Navigate to the Integrations tab
3. Locate the Smartwaiver logo and click Activate
4. Enter your API Key (find it via Smartwaiver’s support guide)
5. Enter your Webhook Private Key (consult Smartwaiver’s Webhooks guide if needed)
6. Click Save Configuration

2. Add the Waiver Link to Booking Confirmation Emails

1. Go to Products
2. Navigate to Emails
3. Select Ticket Booking Confirmation Email
4. Click View > Edit
5. Customize your waiver request message using examples like: “Before your booking, please take a moment to sign this waiver”
6. Click Save Changes

The integration is now fully operational, enabling customers to complete waivers before arrival and facilitating smoother check-in experiences.
