Shift Manager

This feature enables management of personnel who create bookings through the POS system or backend platform.

Accessing Shift Manager

Navigate to the Shift Manager section to view all staff members who have generated bookings via TicketingHub’s backend or point-of-sale interface.

Approving a Shift

To approve an employee’s shift:

1. Review the reporting data and summary reports the agent has generated
2. Verify that the printed reports align with actual transaction data
3. Proceed with approving the shift once verification is complete
