Notify Customers via SMS or Email

Sometimes you need to notify your customers before they arrive which is very simple on TicketingHub. There are two options.

Message customers coming for a specific product date and time.
Message all customers in a date range
For all products in the selected time
For just one product in the selected time frame

Here is a quick video:




1. Message customers coming for a specific product time.



Go to your availability page

Choose the option for which you wish to message the users

Go to the manifest page

Select Broadcast Message

Choose between email and sms

Write your message and click send


2. Message all customers in a time frame



A. For all Product in that time frame




Go to Sale

Filter by DATE BOOKED FOR

Select the date range

Click Search

Click on "broadcast Message"

Select SMS or Email

Write your message and send it.


B. For a specific Product



Filter by DATE BOOKED FOR

Select "product" in the filter option

Select which product

Select the date range

Click Search

Click on "broadcast Message"

Select SMS or Email

Write your message and send it.
