- Log in to your TicketingHub dashboard.
- From the main menu, click on Orders.
2. Locate the Expired Booking
- In the Filter by section, click the Status dropdown.
- Select Expired from the list.
- Click Search Bookings below.
- You’ll now see the list of all expired bookings.
- Find the one you need and click on the OR number to open the order details.
3. Reopen It with a Few Clicks
- Inside the order, click on Actions.
- Select Reinstate Order from the dropdown menu.
