You can locate bookings through either the Availability or Orders page.
Go to Availability
Click on the Date and Time of the booking
Click on Manifest – here, you’ll see all the guests booked for this tour schedule.

Click on Broadcast Message to start sending a notification.

Go to Orders
Use the Filter by option to locate specific bookings.
For example:
If you want to notify customers from your specific product: click Product, select the product, and then click Search Bookings.

A list of bookings matching your filter will appear.
Click on Broadcast to send a message to the selected customers.

Once you’ve selected the bookings, follow these steps to edit and send your notification:
Choose your delivery method: SMS or Email.
If sending an email: Edit the Email Subject.
Compose your message:
Type your message in the text box.
If you’re requesting a customer review, click on Copy Review Link and paste it into your message. Customers can click this link to leave a review.
Review your message:
Double-check the Email Subject (if sending an email).
Ensure the message content is correct.
Click Send Message to broadcast your notification to all selected bookings.

Step 1: Find the Bookings You Want to Notify
You can locate bookings through either the Availability or Orders page.
