TicketingHub has it all, whether you want to work with a blogger that wants a unique affiliate link, a reseller with a login, or even your widget on a partners website.

Options

1. Reseller  Login on your website

OR

2. Giving them a unique URL that we can track (affiliate tools)

OR

3. Dedicated widget to add on their website (white labelled)

Set up a Reseller Widget.

First off, you need to decide if the reseller is going to be on Wholesale or Commission.

Go to Channels, create a new reseller channel so you can track sales coming from there in your reporting dashboard.

Channels => Web integration of the reseller Channel => create / Edit Widget.

Now set the widget up with all your products and decide the user flow: Calendar First, Tickets First, Event View (Day, list view).

Once you've decided, then at the top select

Then add the code to in the website or a unique landing page for resellers and partners.

Setting up the Reseller Referral Code or Affiliate link

First off, Create a reseller

When creating the reseller on commission, you can assign it a unique  "Referral code" to enable affiliate marketing.

IMPORTANT

It's required that the page with the widget is visited with the referral code parameter at least once before making a booking.

Referral Code Parameter

This is the code you put at the end of your URL before the Reseller Referal code:

by default "th-referral-code"

E.g. "https://www.chivas.com/en-gb/theblend?th-reseller-ref=hotelA"

If the "Referral code param name" is changed to e.g. "ref", then the expected URL will be "https://www.chivas.com/en-gb/theblend?ref=hotela"

Cookies for later sales

It's required that the page with the widget is visited with the referral code parameter at least once before making a booking.

E.g the shared link provided by resellers sends people to a supplier page with the widget.

Then the refer https://dash.readme.io/project/ticketinghub1/v1.0/docs/affiliate-links-and-reseller-channelsal code is stored in a cookie, and the booking can be completed later, even when visiting a page without the code in the URL.

Whitelabeled widget

To give a reseller its own widget, we would suggest you give them their own channel, then create all the widgets and assign them to re reseller on the widget editing page.

An example of this is EasyGreeceTours

If the reseller wants to track his sales, you can create a user with only Channel access. More information about user access can be found here
