Adding Private and Public Notes to Bookings


TicketingHub allows you to add notes during your booking process. These notes can be added either from the Point of Sale (POS) or from the backend after the booking has been made.


Steps to Add Notes to a Booking


You can add notes either via the booking page or the order page.


Order Page


  1. Dashboard > Sales
  2. On the Ref. tab > Click on the booking with 'OR' Reference code.
  3. Order page > Bookings section > Click on the yellow button
  4. Update Booking window > Notes


Open the Order Page > See Bookings > Click on the yellow pencil button > Go to Notes


Booking Page

Alternatively, you can access the Booking Page by clicking on the 'BK' reference instead of the 'OR' reference.


  1. Dashboard > Sales
  2. On the Ref. tab > Click on the booking with 'BK' Reference code.
  3. Booking Information tab > Click on Add Notes or Add Private Notes
