How to Set Up Custom Questions for Customers

With TicketingHub’s custom questions, you can collect important information upfront, ensuring a smoother experience for both you and your guests. Whether you need to ask about dietary restrictions, special assistance, or group preferences, setting up custom questions takes just a few clicks. Here’s how:
Go to the Product you want to modify.
Click on Questions.

Click on Add Question.
Fill in the on-screen prompts:
Question – Enter your custom question (e.g., "Do you have any food allergies?" or "Do you require special assistance?").
Question Type – Select the format: Single-choice select, Multi-choice select, Text field
Options – If you selected single-choice or multi-choice, define the answer options.
Only Show for Specific Tickets – Choose whether this question applies to certain ticket types (e.g., Adult, Child).
Additional Settings – Toggle options for: Making the question optional, Asking one question per ticket, Grouping responses together.

Review the question setup to ensure accuracy.
Click on Create Question to save.
