How to clone a product
TicketingHub allows you to create a duplicate of your existing product, without having to go through the manual process of setting it up from scratch.
The time and money it takes to build an entirely new product from scratch can be frustrating. You have to manually add all your products one by one and make sure they are all in order. This process can takes time depending on how many products you have, which makes this task difficult for businesses with large inventories.
With TicketingHub, you no longer need to worry about creating an entirely new site from scratch! Just copy the product in your current inventory and instantly get a clone version of your product that works just like the original! No more tedious work involved!
Open the product you want to clone
Go to the Settings tab of your product
Click on the clone button in the top right corner of the page.
Give your new product name
Confirm you want to clone the product.
That's it
If you are an event organiser, you can create product template which can be archived and de-archived when you want to clone it for another event.
if you are a venue that runs a yearly event, you can archive the event and restore it when you want to start selling tickets again.
