How to Download and Set Up the TicketingHub POS App


Setting up TicketingHub's point-of-sale system takes just minutes. Once your account is active

and your products are configured, download the TicketingHub Outpost app to start selling,

scanning, and managing bookings — from a fixed desk or on the go.




What You'll Need Before You Start


  • An active TicketingHub account
  • At least one product added to your account
  • An iOS or Android device (see requirements below)




Step 1: Download the TicketingHub Outpost App


iOS (iPhone & iPad)


  1. Open the Apple App Store on your device.
  2. Search for TicketingHub Outpost.
  3. Tap Download and install the app.
  4. Direct App Store link →


Minimum requirement: iOS 14 or later


Android


  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Search for TicketingHub POS or use the direct link below.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Direct Google Play link →


Minimum requirement: Android 8.0 or later




Step 2: Log In and Connect Your Account


  1. Open the TicketingHub Outpost app.
  2. Enter your TicketingHub account credentials.
  3. Select your venue or operator profile.
  4. Your products and inventory will sync automatically.
