How to create a product in seconds

Here's how you can create a new product right from your TicketingHub account dashboard.

Dashboard > Create > New Product > Choose either to Create New or Clone Product > Fill-out description > Save

Navigate to your Dashboard and click on the blue + Create button.
Select New Product.
Proceed to fill out the product description fields.
Save changes by clicking on Create Product.

Note: You can always modify these details later in the product's settings.

This action triggers a window where you have two options: Create New Product or Clone Product.

But what's the difference between these two?

Creating a New Product: This option allows you to establish completely new settings for your product, from the currency and time zone to tax lists and duration. Essentially, you're starting from scratch.

Cloning an Existing Product: This choice enables you to duplicate an existing product, carrying over all its settings to the new product. The only changes you'll make are the product name and time duration. This option is ideal if you want to maintain the settings of an existing product while launching a new one.

Important Note: The contact information you enter in this process will be displayed on the tickets issued to your customers. Ensure the details are accurate and up-to-date.
