CREATE NEWSet product settings from currency to tax lists. Start a product from scratch.
CLONECreate a new product from an existing product. Keep the settings and you're good to go!


1. Click on the Add button

Find the blue +Add button on top of your menu.

2. Click on Product

This action triggers a window where you have two options: Create New Product or Clone Product.

But what's the difference between these two?

Creating a New Product: This option allows you to establish completely new settings for your product, from the currency and time zone to tax lists and duration. Essentially, you're starting from scratch.

Cloning an Existing Product: This choice enables you to duplicate an existing product, carrying over all its settings to the new product. The only changes you'll make are the product name and time duration. This option is ideal if you want to maintain the settings of an existing product while launching a new one.

Here's how to clone a product.

Important Note: The contact information you enter in this process will be displayed on the tickets issued to your customers. Ensure the details are accurate and up-to-date.

3. Type in the name of your product

4. Optional: Type in 'Product Short Name'

5. Select your currency💲

6. Select your time zone 🕰️

7. Choose your country 🗺️

8. Choose the product category

9. Click on Product name

10. Choose tax list 🧾

11. Write product description ✍🏻

12. Click on Advanced to customize your product

13. Optional: Set tickets expiration ⏲️

14. Getting there! Now, save changes. 🎉


If you want to create a new product but you have an existing one with the same settings, cloning a product is the fastest way to go.

Here's how to do it:

1. Click on Add

2. Click on Product

3. Click on Clone product

4. Type "Name of your NEW product"

5. Optional: Short Name for the product

6. Choose the currency.

7. Save changes 🎉
