The TicketingHub Booking widget is a small JavaScript tool that you can integrate into your website. This widget enables your customers to book your products directly from your site. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and customizing a Booking widget to match your brand.

There are two ways to create a booking widget: either by creating a new one or by cloning an existing one. But if you are a new TicketingHub user, go on with the steps below to create a new widget from scratch.

1. Create a new widget.
2. Clone an existing widget.


1. On your dashboard, click on Widgets

2. Click on Add Widget

3. Select the channel

4. Click this dropdown Define Products, Extras

5. Fill-in the fields about the product

Name Your Widget - Provide a unique name for the widget you are creating.
Select Your Products - Choose the products that you want to be bookable through the widget. You can select one or more products as per your needs.
Define Extras - If applicable, define any extras or add-ons that customers can select along with their ticket purchase.
Create Packages - Utilize this option to create packages or bundled offerings combining multiple products or extras.
Manage Merchandises - Here, you can manage and configure any merchandises associated with the widget.
Variable Price Gift Card Products - If variable price gift cards are enabled, define the products associated with those gift cards.

6. Click on the dropdown Look and Feel

7. Customize your widget here

Alter the appearance and branding of the widget, including color schemes, fonts, and logos.

8. Click on the next dropdown Settings

Adjust various settings related to the widget, such as minimum and maximum ticket quantities, time slots, availability rules, and more. You can also explore advanced settings for the widget, including options for custom CSS and JavaScript.

9. Customize your widget settings here

10. Click on Advanced and enable/disable settings you opt to have/not.

11. Click on Admin Settings for more control

These settings determine the visibility and access permissions for the widget in the admin interface.

12. Enable/Disable options as you choose

13. When you're done, click on Publish Changes

14. Click on Confirm

15. As a final touch, click on Copy Widget Code and paste it on your website


Cloning a widget in TicketingHub allows you to create a new widget based on the settings and configurations of an existing one. This can save you time and effort, especially when you need multiple widgets with similar settings. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to clone a widget:

17. Choose an existing widget you want to clone

18. Click on Clone

19. Choose the channel you want to clone the widget to

20. Click on Select channel

21. From here, do the same steps above in customizing your new widget

22. When done, click on Publish Changes

23. Click on Confirm

24. Next, click on Copy Widget Code and paste it on your website.
