Customers prefer different ways to pay, and offering multiple payment options improves the booking experience while ensuring smoother transactions. TicketingHub supports various payment methods, allowing you to choose the best fit for your business.
To ensure secure transactions, TicketingHub does not store or access customer credit card details. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted connections with our payment partners.
This guide explains the different payment types available, how they work, and how to choose the best option for your business.
TicketingHub supports several payment types, grouped into three categories:
Payments are processed directly through integrated solutions like Stripe.
Funds are deposited directly into your merchant account.
TicketingHub automatically deducts applicable fees—no manual invoicing or processing required.
Ideal for businesses seeking seamless online or in-person transactions.
Fees: Automatic deduction of applicable TicketingHub fees. No manual invoicing needed.
Note: TicketingHub does not process payments on behalf of suppliers. You must have your own merchant account.
Includes cash, cheques, credit accounts, and direct bank transfers.
Cash, cheques, and bank transfers are available only for backend bookings made by you or your staff.
For credit account payments, you must invoice your reseller based on agreed terms. This is commonly used with platforms like Groupon, Living Social, and Travelzoo, where resellers owe you money for sold vouchers.
Fees: No TicketingHub fees apply. However, you must manually invoice resellers to receive payment.
Includes Point of Sale (POS) and Mobile POS solutions using devices like SumUp, iZettle, Adyen Verifone, or Ingenico. It also covers online payment options such as PayPal and gateways connected via Spreedly (e.g., WorldPay, SagePay), which supports over 120 providers.
